As DEE is a complete dosage, having 200,000 IUs of D3 & 240 Mcg of K2,
You can take it whole in one sip, once or twice a month. (Depending on your Deficiency)

‣ A general rule of thumb is,
In deficiency (8 out of 10 Pakistanis are Deficient as per studies), take 2 DEE in a month. (1 DEE/ in 15 days)

‣ After a month or so, of taking 2 DEEs, you can take 1x DEE per month as a maintenance dosage.
