Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed after 5 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Time

  • Standard delivery across Pakistan: 2–3 business days

  • Remote area delivery may take longer.

Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping fee applies (PKR 200) *subject to change anytime.

  • Free shipping may be offered during promotions or as specified by the store in the header. 

Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an instant tracking ID via SMS or WhatsApp.

Delays

Delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Courier issues

  • Public holidays

  • High-volume sales periods

We cannot guarantee delivery dates but ensure maximum coordination with courier partners.

Address Errors

If an incorrect address is provided, shipping may be delayed or your order may return to us. In such cases, extra courier charges may apply
